Give your form a name that will describe what the form is for. The form name is displayed to both to internal users when they add forms to an application and to customers filling out the application.

Internal users can see the form names as they create applications.

Who Can Add a Form?

The form setting for Who Can Add Form will give access to users to add the form to an application.

Internal Users
When Internal user can add form is toggled on, internal users (Admin and Enterprise) can add forms to applications. We recommend leaving this setting toggled on to allow Internal users to have access to add internal and customer forms.

If Internal users can add form is toggled on, the internal user will see the form on the dropdown list when they create a new application or add forms to an existing application.

Who Can Access a Form?

Form access controls who has access to this form. Internal forms are for internal team members only. Customer forms are accessible by both customers and internal team members.

When you add a form to an application, you will see that there are two categories: Internal Forms and Customer Forms. This setting will determine which category the form will go under.

Form Priority

The form priority will affect the order of the forms. Forms with higher priority numbers will be displayed at the top of the list and will be navigated to first when a form is completed.
