DocuSign forms can be completed in two ways by the customer.
In-Session: The customer can choose to complete the DocuSign signing experience while completing the Prelim form in an in-session signing experience.
Email Invite: Alternatively, the customer may choose to invite a different person to complete the DocuSign experience.
When the DocuSign has been completed by all signers, a file named DocuSign will appear in the Files tab for that application in Prelim.
To download the file, click download next to the file. This file will contain the collated pdfs as well as a DocuSign certificate of completion.
